Conditions for students’ admission to the Rubu’a Al Hekma gallery

  • The presence of the student’s father with the student for an interview with the Schools Admission Committee.
  • Informing the committee of the student’s latest certificate, provided that the applicant prepares the application to be very good or more.
  • If there are observations on the student’s behavior or regularity in the study, the school has the right not to accept the student.
  • Not accepting a student who has dropped out of study or a teaching assistant.
  • In the event that the student is accepted and it is proven that there are observations on his behavior or noticeably irregularity, the school has the right to take a decision to expel the student without any objection from the
    guardian.
  • The student’s age for the intermediate stage should not exceed 16 years and for the secondary stage to be 19 years old.
  • The student is only accepted after his file is completed and the file is received by the committee.
  • Full compliance with the terms of admission and registration in the manner of payment of fees by the specified dates.

Student file contents:

  • Certificate of the stage that precedes the grade in which the student wishes to register.
  • A copy of the family book, including the student
  • Photocopy of the student’s card with the original for matching.
  • The comprehensive student record signed and stamped.
  • The health record is documented by the health unit.
  • The student’s age for the intermediate stage should not exceed 16 years and for the secondary stage to be 19 years old.
  • A non-Saudi student meets the same conditions in addition to
  • A copy of the student’s residence, renewed with the original for conformity
  • If the applicant’s registrar is other than his father, a support deed or legal agency must be present.
